Report or block a player
In a match open ☰ → 👥 Players → Report. You can block the player from the same place. When reporting by email, include the room name, player name and time.
Delete your account
- Open ⚙ Settings in the game
- Go to the Account tab
- Tap Delete my account and confirm. Your account is deleted permanently right away.
Can’t open the game? Send a deletion request with your player code. We process it within 30 days.
Connection problems
- The game connects to the fastest server for you (Belgium or Italy); you can pick one yourself in ⚙ Settings.
- If the game reloads by itself, a new version was just released; you will rejoin your room.
- Use an up-to-date Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
